The photoactive nanomaterials group is part of the Pho2Con (Photochemistry, Photophysics, and Energy Conversion) lab. Also, part of this laboratory is the groups led by Dr. André Sarto Polo and Dr. Karina Passalacqua Morelli Frin.

Our group has been located in laboratory L202 of block B on the Santo André Campus. The following equipment is available in the lab:
– Agilent 8453 Spectrophotometer with Peltier system for sample thermostatization
– Newport Solar Simulator model 96000
– Keithley Powersource – model 2400
– Autolab potentiostat/galvanostat
– Newport irradiation system for IPCE measurements
– KLA-Tencor profilometer – P7
– Spectrofluorimeter Cary Eclipse
– Gas Chromatograph SRI 8610C
– Microwave Reactor Monowave 400R Anton Paar
– Spin coater WS-650MZ-23NPPB
In addition, other equipment for synthesis and various laboratory procedures, such as roto evaporators, synthesis systems, muffles, etc., are available.
